My journey began in the British Army, where I proudly served for 23 years. Throughout my military career, I completed multiple operational tours in Afghanistan and Iraq, which taught me the importance of discipline, resilience, and teamwork. As a Physical Training Instructor (PTI),
I developed and implemented fitness programmes that ensured soldiers were always combat-ready. This role sharpened my ability to motivate and inspire others while solidifying my commitment to physical fitness. Training alongside elite units like the Parachute Regiment in Colchester further enriched my expertise, allowing me to understand the intricacies of fitness training at the highest level.
